Saint Louis School, guided by the Marianist values of community, faith, service, and inclusivity, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher (Robotics) to support our elementary school robotics competitive teams. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to inspire young minds, work collaboratively with students and staff, and contribute to a positive, faith-based learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in facilitating robotics lessons and activities for elementary school students. Support students in preparing for and participating in robotics competitions. Provide one-on-one or small group assistance during robotics practice sessions. Help manage classroom materials, equipment, and ensure the safe use of robotics tools. Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment where all students feel encouraged to participate and succeed. Collaborate with other staff members to support the overall success of the robotics program.

Qualifications:

A passion for robotics and education. Experience working with students in a classroom or extracurricular setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and follow directions from the lead teacher. Commitment to embodying and promoting Marianist values in daily interactions and teaching. High School diploma or equivalent.
