We are seeking a Full-time Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This role involves providing a nurturing environment for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years old. The ideal candidate will have a passion for child development, experience working with children, and a strong understanding of educational best practices, including learning development and behavior management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a positive learning environment while gaining valuable classroom experience in a supportive setting. Duties Have fun with infants and toddlers through play and learning. Must love Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans focused on development tailored to early childhood education standards. Support classroom management and behavior management strategies to foster a safe and engaging environment. Help with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, and nap times for infants and toddlers. Support classroom organization and maintenance of educational materials and supplies. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social-emotional development, literacy skills, and early numeracy concepts. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth classroom operations and effective communication with parents. Adapt activities for children with diverse needs. Assist in curriculum development efforts to enhance learning experiences across different programs. Requirements Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or similar environments is highly preferred. Background in early childhood education or related fields Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating flexibility as a floater across multiple classrooms.Pay:
