Job Description

Begin an exciting new assignment supporting elementary students as a dedicated paraprofessional! Your commitment to student achievement and your ability to foster a positive, inclusive environment will make a real difference in the lives of young learners each day. In this contract role, youll be based in a single school, working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver exceptional educational experiences.
Qualifications:
Active Paraprofessional certificate required Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred Ability to support children academically, socially, and emotionally Strong communication and collaboration skills Enthusiasm for working with elementary-age students Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
Provide instructional and behavioral support to elementary students Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement lesson plans and activities Assist in monitoring student progress and reinforcing learning concepts Support students with special needs or individualized learning plans Help create a welcoming and engaging classroom atmosphere Supervise students during classroom transitions, meals, and other activities Maintain documentation as required by school policy or student programs
