About the role: We're seeking a confident, people-loving Chief Assistant to help lead our Orland Park-West Kumon center alongside our Director. This is a leadership-track role — you'll bring warmth and energy to parent relationships, help run the daily floor, and own key operational systems. If you're outgoing, organized, and strong in math, this is a place to grow.

You'll:

Help run class-time flow and support students across math and reading Be a confident, friendly presence for parents Own operational systems: inventory, onboarding/offboarding, test-list upkeep Back up placement testing Help coordinate the floor team You're a great fit if you: Are socially confident and genuinely enjoy parents and kids Are strong in math and comfortable helping across levels Are organized, dependable, and take initiative Want ownership and growth Nice to have: tutoring, teaching, childcare, or customer-facing experience.

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
