Job Description
- Collaborate with staff and service providers to deliver IEP services
- Support students in classrooms with academic/behavioral/emotional needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with families, allowing classroom teachers to address concerns with parents
- Create a collaborative and nurturing environment for students to learn and take risks
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information regarding children, families, and staff
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with students, families, and staff.
- Facilitate group activities
- Other duties assigned by the building administration and/or supervising staff
