Maintenance Technician Lead Littleton, MA | Direct Hire | Starting at $38-$40+ Per/hr. (+$1.50 Shift Differential) We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Mechanic to oversee maintenance activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment while mentoring maintenance team members and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
