Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a Senior Teacher to lead classroom learning at our Norwell KinderCare center. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum for young children, model best practices for classroom management, and coach assistant teachers. You will build strong relationships with families, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and document children's developmental progress. Working within KinderCare's collaborative culture, you'll help shape programs, support center initiatives, and contribute to a nurturing, growth-focused learning community.
