Responsibilities:
Operate as a hands-on accounting/finance leader. Own the month-end-close process. Own the budgeting & forecasting activities. Manage the banking relationships. Support system/technologies improvements. Oversee accounting team members. Prepare financials for board review. Support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree. 10+ years of experience. Strong staff management experience. Construction industry experience. Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well cross-functionally.
