We're Hiring! Teacher Assistant | Stevens Treatment Programs Do you have a gift for connecting with kids? Some people have a natural ability to build trust with young people, especially those who have experienced trauma. They know how to stay calm during difficult moments, celebrate small victories, and help youth believe in themselves again. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you. At Stevens Treatment Programs, we provide residential treatment and special education services to youth ages 11-22 who have experienced complex trauma and behavioral challenges. Our mission is to empower youth to lead successful lives through high-quality treatment and education in a safe, nurturing environment. As a Teacher Assistant, you help students succeed academically while supporting their social, emotional, and behavioral growth. More importantly, you'll become one of the caring adults who can truly make a lasting difference in a young person's life. Schedule Monday-Friday (40 hours/week) One day each week (currently Wednesday): 7:00 AM
- 4:00 PM Remaining weekdays: 7:00 AM
- 3:00 PM One weekday ends at 2:00 PM to offset the extended Wednesday schedule. Payrate $20.00
