- Associate's Degree or Pass Para-Pro Exam
- Experience working with students with significant behavioral challenges (preferred)
- Knowledge of effective instructional techniques and strategies
- Appropriate oral & written communication skills
- Ability to deal effectively with students, co-workers, parents
Responsibilities:
- Provide adequate supervision of students at all times
- Provide instructional support to students
- Take direction from administrators, teachers, and BCBA
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and material
- Other duties as assigned
