Key Qualifications:

Current Ed Tech III certification required Completion of an Ed Tech program plus 90 credit hours Successful CHRC background check Experience working with young children, especially in special education, is highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to maintaining a nurturing, inclusive environment for all students

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized support and interventions according to the students IEP Collaborate closely with lead teachers and special education staff Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere Monitor progress and document student development Encourage independence, self-esteem, and social-emotional growth Assist with classroom activities and care routines as needed Maintain confidentiality and uphold student dignity at all times
