Responsibilities and Duties Planning and implementing enriching lesson plans in line with early childhood standards. Caring for and engaging with children age 2.5 years to 3.5 years in authentic learning experiences through play, establishing & maintaining positive family, child, and staff relationships, and ensuring safety and highest quality childcare. Qualifications and Skills Ideal candidates will be caring, dependable, and enthusiastic, motivated, and work well in a team-oriented environment. Applicants must possess the following required qualifications/credentials: Professional experience working with children or in early childhood/elementary education Clear criminal background check Current CPR/First Aid certification
