Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Work directly with high school students to promote engagement, participation, and learning Assist teachers with classroom management and implementation of lesson plans Provide individualized instructional and behavioral support Support students with special needs, including help with mobility and toileting Foster a safe, inclusive environment that encourages student growth Maintain consistent communication with staff and participate in team meetings as needed Adapt to changing assignments across various school locations based on district needs
