This contract position is located near Andover, MN, with daily assignments based out of the St. Paul area. Qualifications and Experience:

Valid Special Education Teacher license required; Tier 3 or 4 licensure preferred Experience working as an Autism Specialist or comparable background strongly desired Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing IEPs for students with diverse abilities Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individualized student needs Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging instruction and support to students with autism and other special needs in a school-based setting Develop, monitor, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with fellow educators, related service providers, and families to ensure student progress Use data-driven practices to customize interventions and adapt strategies as needed Participate in professional development and team meetings throughout the contract term
