What Youll Bring:

Highly Qualified Paraprofessional status required (by passing the MN State Para Educator Exam or possessing at least 60 college credits with transcripts) Strong background in school settings, particularly supporting students with behavioral needs and following behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Comfortable assisting with toileting and adapting to students personal care needs Flexibility to work one-on-one or as a classroom aide, as needed Reliable transportation to travel among multiple schools within your assigned crew Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of supervisors and teams Organized and responsiveable to quickly pick up substitute shifts and communicate with crew leads
