This role is located near Andover, MN, and spans from September 8, 2026, to June 10, 2027, covering 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

Must be Highly Qualified under Minnesota standards by

EITHER:

Passing the MN Para Educator Exam (with passing score documentation) OR Completing a minimum of 60 college credits (transcripts required; diploma/degree alone not sufficient) Previous experience in special education or with significant behavioral/functional needs strongly preferred Willingness and ability to assist with toileting and daily care needs Open to working with a variety of age groups (elementary through high school); please indicate your age group preference Comfortable in environments with higher behavioral and severe disability support requirements

Key Responsibilities:
