Desired qualifications:

Must be considered "Highly Qualified" by meeting one of the following criteria: Pass the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (Para Educator Exam) OR possess at least 60 college credits (must attach official transcripts; a diploma or photo of the degree does not suffice) Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly at the elementary level, is preferred Comfortable supporting toileting and other daily needs as required by the school Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Ability to start August 31, 2026 and commit through November 29, 2026 (with potential for direct hire after 90 days/422 hours) Responsibilities include: Providing instructional and behavioral support to students under teacher direction Assisting with classroom management and daily routines Supporting students with diverse needs in both individual and group settings Contributing to a safe and inclusive classroom environment Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families Youll work 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and will receive a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour.
