Key Qualifications:

Must meet one of the following: successful completion of the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (MN Para Educator Exam), or a minimum of 60 college credits (transcripts required) Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities at a fast pace Exceptional organizational and documentation skills Familiarity with educational environments, preferably in special education, is a plus Capable of professional collaboration with educators and staff

Core Responsibilities:

Support the Evaluation Team by assisting with student files, administering testing protocols, and conducting student observations with comprehensive write-ups Ensure accurate and prompt management, organization, and purging of evaluation files Participate in collaborative planning and communication with special education team members Maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance with district and state guidelines regarding special education documentation Efficiently manage a steady workload with minimal supervision
