Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing student and school needs. Availability to work onsite MondayFriday, following the schools calendar and schedule. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with educators and families. Key Responsibilities Support students in daily classroom activities, offering individualized or small group assistance under teacher direction. Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that encourages student growth. Assist with personal care needs, including toileting, mobility, and other required supports. Contribute to the overall classroom management and help implement educational activities. Communicate effectively with staff and maintain confidentiality regarding student information.
