9659634-55303 Job Description Make a direct difference in early childhood education by supporting young learners aged 2 to 3 years old in a dynamic center-based program. Working in a collaborative, nurturing environment, youll help set the foundation for meaningful educational growth during an important developmental stage. This is a contract position running from September 8, 2026, through December 7, 2026, with convenient hours from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive support to young students, ensuring a safe and engaging classroom atmosphere Assist lead teachers with instructional activities and individualized education plans Foster social, emotional, and academic development through positive interactions Support children with daily routines, reinforcing classroom expectations Facilitate age-appropriate play and learning activities Communicate effectively with staff and families to support each childs unique needs

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Must be a Highly Qualified Paraprofessional (HQ Para) via ONE of the following: Pass the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam (provide passing Para Educator Exam results) Hold at least 60 college credits (attach official transcripts; diplomas or degrees do not suffice) Resume and one Highly Qualified Document (exam results or transcripts) are required for consideration Previous experience in early childhood/center-based settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to nurturing young children in an educational environment
