Key Responsibilities:

Provide instructional and behavioral support to high school students with diverse learning needs Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other paraprofessionals as part of the student success team Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting, in a professional and respectful manner Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere and help students stay engaged in classroom activities Maintain documentation and communicate observations to staff as appropriate
