Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment High school diploma or equivalent One of the following: At least two years of college credits (approximately 60 semester credits) from an accredited institution Associate degree or higher Passing score on an approved basic skills test (such as ParaPro Assessment or ParaEducator assessments) Strong communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff Reliability and enthusiasm for supporting students with diverse needs
