Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students in a setting 4 program as a dedicated paraprofessional. This contract role offers valuable experience in an inclusive learning environment, working daily from 7:45 am to 2:45 pm, Monday through Friday, from September 8, 2026, through December 7, 2026.

Key Requirements:

Must be Highly Qualified through one of the following: Passing the MN Para Educator (Paraprofessional) Exam (attach your passing score) Completion of at least 60 college credits with transcripts provided (diplomas/degree documentation alone are not acceptable) Previous experience supporting students in school-based settings, particularly those in specialized programs, is preferred Comfortable working across K-12 age groups and adapting to diverse student needs Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times Must attach both a current resume and the appropriate Highly Qualified Document (either transcripts or passing exam score) for consideration

Support the educational and behavioral needs of K-12 students in a structured, supportive learning environment Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and staff to implement individualized strategies and promote student engagement Assist with classroom activities, organization, and data collection Offer one-on-one or small group support as directed by educators Uphold a positive, nurturing atmosphere for all learners
