Qualifications:
Applicant must be 16 to apply. Desire to invest in individual achievement. Desire to provide an organized learning environment. Evidence of relationship building with youth. Evidence of specific sport or program knowledge and experience. Evidence of initiative taking and self-directing.
Pay Rate/Range:
$15.02/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Instructors will follow the lead of the program supervisor, and will assist with programming.
  • Instructors will arrive early, know and fully execute the plan for each day, engage 100% throughout the program, teach general disciplines of each activity, enhance skill development, build relationships with youth, and communicate as needed with parents/guardians.
  • Instructors will show enthusiasm and create fun, positive experiences through words, actions, and non-verbal's.
  • Instructors will keep track of time worked and record on timesheet.
  • Instructors will openly communicate with the recreation coordinator, in a timely manner, regarding vacation requests, program issues, etc.
