Job Description
Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in elementary education by supporting students and educators as a contract paraprofessional for the upcoming school year. This opportunity offers openings at a variety of elementary schools, allowing you to select the campus convenient for you and aligned with your interests. Collaborate closely with dedicated teaching staff to foster inclusive, supportive learning environments while assisting students with academic, behavioral, and personal needs. To apply, candidates must be "Highly Qualified" under one of the following: completion of at least 60 college credits with transcripts, or a passing score on the MN Paraprofessional or ParaEducator Exam. Be prepared to provide your resume and the qualifying documentation to ensure consideration. Those who are selected will begin on August 31, 2026, working 32.5 hours weekly through November 29, 2026, with pathways to direct hire possible following a successful contract period. Compensation for this position is $20 per hour.
