PM Friday:
8:00 AM - 2:30 PM In-office position About the Role We are looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced office environment. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while supporting day-to-day administrative and customer service functions. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner. Process orders, requests, and customer information accurately. Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service and follow-up. Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed. Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction. Qualifications Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset. Additional Schedule Information Team members participate in a rotating Saturday schedule approximately once every three weeks.
Saturday shift:
12:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
Employees may either:
Adjust their weekday schedule by taking five hours off during the week, or Work the Saturday shift as overtime.
