Key qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting High school diploma or GED required Must meet one of the following: Completion of at least two years (60 semester credits) of college coursework from an accredited institution Possession of an associate degree or higher Passing score on an appropriate assessment (

Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in the resource classroom, adapting materials and supporting instructional activities for middle school students Work closely with students, providing individual or small group support based on specific learning needs Help implement individualized education plans and behavior intervention strategies Contribute to a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment Maintain effective communication with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Perks of this role include a stable full-time schedule of 35 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 7:15 AM2:15 PM) and the chance to work in a supportive educational environment throughout the academic year.
