Job Summary We are looking for creative and passionate Lead and Assistant Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. This role involves overseeing classroom activities, developing engaging curricula, and providing individualized support to children, including those with diverse learning needs. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of infants, toddlers and preschoolers in our Christian based school setting. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote literacy education and overall development. Educate and engage children through hands-on activities, fostering a love for learning. Provide care and supervision for infants, toddlers and pre-k, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's growth and development. Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of children, including those with developmental challenges. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Mentor and guide assistant teachers or interns in best practices for early childhood education. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings. Strong skills in curriculum development tailored to young learners. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that foster literacy education. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. A nurturing attitude with a genuine passion for educating young children.
