As an instructional assistant, you'll be an essential team member, providing care and educational support for medically fragile students in a compassionate, dynamic school community.
Key Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience working with students with severe disabilities and medically fragile needs Understanding and implementation of behavior plans Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and nursing staff Compassion, patience, and adaptability in challenging situations Experience with Hoyer lifts considered a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
