- Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and supportive classroom environment for preschool-aged children
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and address individual needs
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's learning journey
- Foster literacy skills through storytelling, reading activities, and language development exercises

- Experience working with preschool-aged students
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles
- Ability to create age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Proficiency in tutoring or providing academic support
- Understanding of child welfare and safety practices

$15.00- $16.
