What You'll Do Lead and develop a high-performing team of banking professionals. Grow and manage a commercial and agricultural loan portfolio. Develop new business through community involvement and relationship building. Provide sound credit analysis and loan structuring while maintaining strong credit quality. Coach and mentor lenders and staff to achieve individual and team goals. Oversee branch operations, budgeting, and overall market performance. Participate in strategic planning and market development initiatives. Represent the bank at community organizations, civic events, and business functions. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 8+ years of commercial and/or agricultural lending experience. Previous leadership or management experience within a community bank. Strong credit analysis and underwriting skills. Demonstrated business development and relationship management success. Experience managing loan portfolios and maintaining sound credit quality. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field preferred. What We Offer Competitive salary of $115,000-$140,000 , based on experience. Performance-based bonus opportunity.
