About This Role We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Associate Teacher to join our educational team in Brookline, NH. In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to support classroom instruction, foster a positive learning environment, and help manage daily classroom activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring educator to gain valuable hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact on the development of young learners. What You'll Do Assist the lead teacher in implementing curriculum and preparing instructional materials. Provide individual and small group support to students to reinforce learning concepts. Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Supervise students during transition times, recess, and lunch periods. Observe and document student progress and behavior to share with the lead teacher. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 credits in Child Growth and Development and at least 1000 of experience working with children in a structured environment, such as a school, child care program, or camp. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to pass required state background checks. Available to work until 5:30 pm Nice To Haves Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. OR - Valid New Hampshire Paraeducator certification.
