About This Role We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Brookline, NH. In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for young children. You will play a vital role in fostering children's social, emotional, and cognitive development while maintaining open communication with families. No experience necessary, we are willing to train the right individual. What You'll Do Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities. Provide a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Support children during transitions, meal times, outdoor play, and personal care routines. Monitor and document student progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Engage with children individually and in groups to encourage curiosity and social skills. Requirements At least 15 years of age Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting. Ability to pass a New Hampshire criminal background check and fingerprinting. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills. CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
