Qualifications:

Proof of high school diploma is required Previous experience in a school environment is preferred No additional paraprofessional certifications or higher education necessary Must submit three completed references upfront, including your most recent manager Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

Support students in both 1:1 and classroom group settings Assist certified teaching staff in implementing academic and behavioral plans Help with classroom organization, materials, and activities Monitor and encourage student engagement and participation Foster a safe and positive learning atmosphere
