Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a Paraprofessional in schools preferred Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff Patience, empathy, and adaptability in varied classroom environments Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in education or related fields a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to assigned students, assisting with academic tasks and daily classroom activities Implement teacher-directed instructional plans and individualized education programs (IEPs) Encourage student participation and help cultivate a positive learning atmosphere Assist with communication between students and educators Support students with diverse needs, adapting assistance as necessary to promote engagement and independence
