Kiddie Academy of Mountains Edge is looking for a warm, nurturing, and passionate Infant Assistant Teacher to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the most formative stage of a child's life while working in a supportive and caring environment.Responsibilities:
Assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and developmental activities Attend to infants' daily needs including feeding, diapering, and soothing Observe and document infant milestones and communicate progress to parents and staff Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Build trusting relationships with families through open and consistent communication Follow all licensing regulations, health, and safety protocolsRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework preferred Previous experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare setting is a plus Knowledge of infant development and age-appropriate practices Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification Ability to pass a background check per Nevada childcare licensing requirements Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine love for working with young children Strong communication and teamwork skillsAbout Us:
