We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and caring early childhood professionals to join our team.

• Assistant Teachers/Floaters (all ages) What you'll do Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards, focusing on developmental milestones, language & literacy, STEM, and SEL.

Assist in implementing lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and promote childhood development through hands-on activities. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to foster a positive learning atmosphere while addressing behavior management strategies. Provide individualized support for children with special needs and implement early intervention techniques as necessary. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities to build strong partnerships in child welfare. Supervise daily activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students during classroom time and outdoor play. Basic qualifications Strong background in early childhood education with relevant preschool experience. Proven ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate various subjects including literacy education and math. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Preferred qualifications Experience working with children in daycare or private school settings. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.
