ASSISTANT

TEACHERS and

FLOATERS.

Shifts:

8:30am-5:30pm and 10:30am-5:30pm. This is a year-round position.

Responsibilities:

Be kind, loving, and gentle Provide competent supervise to children to ensure their safety and well-being Assist with daily routines such as meals, toileting, dressing, and rest time Create a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment Support social, emotional, and behavioral development through positive guidance Encourage independence and self-help skills Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies Collaborate with coworkers to maintain a consistent and supportive environment Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning centers Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations Follow company policies and procedures Be without their cell phone while in the classroom as this is a

regulation. Experience Candidates must have a minimum of one year's experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar caregiving role Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Classroom experience managing groups of young children effectively Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support positive conduct

Pay:

$16.50 - $19.50 per hour
