Full day NYS licensed childhood center looking for a mature, enthusiastic, responsible, caring individual who is willing to assistant teach in a structured and fun learning environment. Looking for Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8-5pm. We follow the Bayport/Blue Point school calendar. Salary based upon experience.

ASAP Preferred educational credentials:

• AA/BA/MA

  in education or related field OR CDA in early childhood Preferred experience:
• one year working in a daycare setting. The candidate should be able to:
• Change diapers
• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Perform tasks required to care for, supervise, and educate preschoolers, toddlers, and infants
• Stand for long periods of time
• Adhere to NYS licensed day care requirements
