The Learning Experience Corp seeks an Assistant Teacher to support nurturing, play-based learning for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years. You'll collaborate with teachers and families to promote each child's cognitive, social, and emotional growth while modeling our values-driven, family-like culture. Responsibilities Support lead teachers in implementing proprietary early childhood curriculum and daily lesson plans. Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, and emotional development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that follows health, safety, and licensing standards. Assist with behavior guidance using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies. Communicate warmly and professionally with children, families, and team members. Support daily routines including meals, rest time, and transitions. Accurately follow center policies, procedures, and documentation requirements. Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to support continuous learning. Assist with setup of learning centers, materials, and enrichment activities. Model the organization's child-first, values-driven culture in all interactions.
