Job Description
Overview We look for teachers or college Students (education majors) to teach elementary students, Mon-Fri or 4 days a week, 3-6pm. we help students finish homework explain mistakes and then extra Math & ELA worksheets with teaching. Responsibilities Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and respectful learning environment Support students' academics needs, developmental differences, through tailored instructional strategie Experience Prior classroom experience or familiarity with curriculum development is highly desirable Experience working with children in educational or academic Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents Background in tutoring, mentoring, or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities enhances your candidacy Experience in private schools or Montessori environments is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey as a Substitute Teacher—where your energy fuels student success and your dedication leaves a lasting impression!
