Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for our youngest learners. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster curiosity, social skills, and foundational learning in toddlers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of young children while gaining valuable classroom experience in a dynamic educational setting. Duties Support lead teachers in implementing their daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum goals Assist with classroom management to promote positive behavior and a respectful learning environment Engage children in age-appropriate activities that develop social-emotional growth Help supervise children during playtime, meals, naps, and transitions to ensure safety and well-being Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Communicate effectively with children and team members to foster a collaborative atmosphere Requirements Prior experience working with young children Strong communication skills to interact positively with children and staff Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us to make a meaningful impact on children's lives by supporting their growth through engaging activities and compassionate care. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.50 per hour
