Job Description

The Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking qualified applicant for a Paraprofessional IDEA B - Prevention and Intervention position at the Pickerington High School Central for the 26/27 School Year.
Job Qualifications:
Valid Ohio Educational Aide Permit with ESEA endorsement issued by OSBOE. High school diploma/GED equivalency; college-level training preferred. Experience working within an elementary-level educational setting is desirable. Preferred experience with educational technology. Ability to effectively supervise elementary students. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to follow directions and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed. Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with peers. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents from diverse populations.
