Pay Range:
$15.00-$17.00 per hour, based on experience

Role:
As an Assistant Teacher, you will support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children can learn, play, and grow.
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson plans Supervising and engaging children in play, learning, and routines Assisting with meals, diapering, toileting, and nap time Helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers Following all center policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required A love for working with young children Reliable, patient, and team-oriented Ability to communicate positively with children and adults Experience in child care or early childhood education preferred (but not required) Must meet state licensing requirements (background check, trainings, etc.)
