The ideal candidate will have a strong background in literacy education and childhood development, with experience in preschool or private school settings. This role involves educating young children, fostering their love for learning, and creating a nurturing environment that promotes their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. Educate students in various subjects, focusing on literacy education and foundational skills. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative learning environment. Provide individualized tutoring and support to enhance student understanding and performance. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to guide their development.
