Position:

Assistant Group Supervisor (AGS) As an Assistant Group Supervisor, you'll work alongside our Lead Teachers to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. You'll be hands-on throughout the day—helping children learn, play, build relationships, and move through their daily routines. Our AGSs also support the educational side of the classroom by assisting with lesson plans, activities, observations, and modifications based on the individual developmental needs of the children in their care. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in early childhood education, child care, or working with children is preferred A positive attitude and genuine desire to work with young children Dependability and the ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow—we provide training and opportunities for continued education!
