Enjoy a focused schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM, working directly with students in the transitional VTC program (ages 18-22). Youll play a crucial role in a 1:1 caseload, fostering growth and promoting independence for young adults preparing for life beyond school.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional in school or community-based settings Strong understanding of behavioral health; background in behavioral support highly preferred Ability to develop trust and rapport with students, especially those transitioning to adulthood Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach with excellent communication skills Comfortable collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families for student growth

Role Responsibilities:
