The ideal candidate brings proven experience handling behavioral challenges and is passionate about empowering students to achieve both academically and personally.

Desired Qualifications:

Background as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Specialist, or Behavioral Health Assistant Demonstrated expertise in behavioral intervention and management, preferably within a school setting Experience supporting high school-aged students Ability to create and implement behavior intervention plans Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educational teams and families Compassion, adaptability, and resilience under pressure

Key Responsibilities:
