Step into a rewarding educational support role working with students as a dedicated paraprofessional for the duration of the school year. This onsite contract opportunity requires a commitment of 32.5 to 35 hours weekly for school-age programs, or 29 hours for preschool early intervention, with assignments available through June 11, 2027. Qualifications:

Valid PARA license required. Must meet all State / Discipline licensing requirements. District- or state-specific certifications requested by administration. Previous experience as a paraprofessional preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow educator direction and implement instructional plans. Flexibility to work with various age groups and adapt to classroom settings.

Responsibilities:

Support students in both academic and social activities. Work collaboratively with lead teachers and other staff. Assist with daily classroom routines and behavior management. Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under supervision. Provide instructional reinforcement and one-on-one assistance as needed. Foster an inclusive environment and promote student independence. Communicate observations and progress to teaching staff.
