Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a paraprofessional, classroom aide, or support role within a K-12 school setting is highly advantageous Familiarity with supporting students with diverse learning abilities Ability to assist with instructional activities under teacher direction Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff Capacity to adapt to various classroom needs across elementary, middle, or high school settings Current paraprofessional certification (if required by the state) Reliability and commitment for the duration of the contract

Primary Responsibilities:

Support classroom instruction, reinforcing lessons and assisting students individually or in small groups Help manage classroom behavior and provide positive, patient guidance Assist teachers with preparing materials and organizing classroom activities Supervise students during non-instructional periods, such as lunch or recess Foster an inclusive, respectful environment for all students
